Been ages since I posted, but just wanted to share this. I just read about John Stutz' new book, Fit Girls, Volume 1. Looks like it might be nice. To me it looks sexy but non-exploitative (as far as I can see)--positive images of the kinds of physique that I love and aspire to one day inhabit. What do you all think? Does this look cool, or is it just borderline fitness porn. I dig it, personally.

No, these are awesome!

And when you think about it...can you really have fitness porn? I mean, the models have to remove a certain degree of clothing to show off the goods. But it's for the purpose of showing off muscles...but then REAL porn has really muscular people doing the exact same thing.....Final Judgement: EVERYTHING is actually porn. And you should feel guilty for blinding my eyes with this filth. :D

I think they are awesome but fit girls can be fat girls too. I know of some heavier girls who partake in triathlons but based on the pics you've posted I doubt their pics would be featured. I don't see these pics as porn either. To me porn is when two or more people are having sex lol

Yeah...for sure. These people are dieted down to contest (stage) weights. If they were actually going to compete in a sport like you're talking about, they'd no doubt want to have some fat on them for energy. I love the offseason fitness and bodybuilder look, too! I think that's more what you're talking about. I think fitness athletes are hot, but I also really love more traditional athletic looks too. Very good point. I want to look like this, in terms of muscles, but I'd never diet down that far unless I was going onstage, and that ain't never gonna happen. ;)

It's only porn if it makes you giggle.

Now, the Picturing The Modern Amazon book was boarderline pornography.

Heard a lot of positive raves about this book -especially from fitness competitors- and it's seen a putting a good spin on the sport -something the sport really needs because of the opinion of the ignorant and groups such as the IFBB and people like Wielder trying to tone down the female contestants until the sport is nothing but a glorified bikini contest.

thanks for posting this too.
hoping that I can get it ordered in here for a decent price -though not really likely.

I think these are great photos. Maybe some will find them arousing too but no harm in that.
